Spanish conductor Pablo Heras-Casado and his wife, Anne Igartiburuha have today announced the birth of their first child, son Nicolas.

Maestro Heras-Casado, 37 currently serves as Principal Conductor of the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, New York and as Principal Guest Conductor of the Teatro Real, Madrid - and was awarded the Musical America's prestigious 2014 ‘Conductor of the Year’ award.
