American conductor and vocalist Stanley Curtis has passed away, aged 86 - from complications due to COVID-19 virus.

Mr Curtis served a long time teaching Professorship at the State University of New York (SUNY) Orange - in update New York.

A career highlight including leading the chorus in the 1961 world premiere performance of Arnold Schoenbgerg’s 'Jakobsleiter', in Vienna.
