SAD NEWS | Dutch Early Music Specialist and Conductor Frans Brüggen Has Died

Dutch early music specialist, recorder player, flutist and conductor Frans Brüggen has passed away – aged 79.

Mastro Brüggen was the co-founder of the Orchestra of the 18th Century – and served a long term Professorship at the Royal Conservatory of the Hague and Visiting Professorship at Harvard University.
