French cellist Jean Grout has passed away - aged 92

French cellist Jean Grout has passed away - aged 92. 

A graduate of the Paris Conservatoire, throughout his career he was a member of the France Radio Philharmonic Orchestra and served as the longtime cellist with the Paris String Trio.

Our condolences are with Mr Grout's family, friends, colleagues and students.
