German conductor Hanns-Martin Schneidt has passed away – aged 87
German conductor Hanns-Martin Schneidt has passed away – aged 87.
A graduate of the Munich Music Academy, he served principal conducting positions with the Munich Bach Choir & Orchestra, Bavaria National Opera Theater, Munich Opera and the Wuppertal Symphony Orchestra.
Our condolences are with his family, friends, colleagues and students.
