Colbert Artists Management, in New York City, has announced the appointment of Artist Manager, Lee Prinz as its new President
Colbert Artists Management, in New York City, has today announced the appointment of Artist Manager, Lee Prinz as its new President - effective from the 1st of January, 2020.
Founded in 1948, Colbert Artists currently represents conductor Ken-David Masur, violinists Anne Akiko Meyers, Anthony Marwood and Alina Ibragimova, cellists Steven Isserlis and Zuill Bailey - and the Juilliard and JACK String Quartets.
Lee joined the management agency in 2003 - and currently serves as the company’s Senior Vice President of Artist Management and Booking.
He will replace current President, Charlotte Schroeder - who joined the agency in 1972 and has held ownership of the company since 2002.
“I have made the decision to step down as the President of Colbert Artists Management and in so doing, have appointed Lee Prinz to succeed me …” Charlotte Schroeder has today said.
“Lee joined the management in 2003 and immediately became an invaluable addition to the booking staff, rising to his current position as Senior Vice President for Artist Management and Booking …” she has said.
“He has, in fact, been leading the company for the past months with his characteristic joy, enthusiasm and superb professionalism … I could not be happier nor more confident for the future of Colbert Artists.”
