LOCKDOWN COMMISSIONS | Violist Lawrence Power Presents William Marsey's "This Poor Room"

The sixth installment of the ongoing viola project features violist Lawrence Power performing in his home in London

"As we all find ourselves at home with our families, it’s interesting to reflect on the spaces and rooms that we have all existed in over the last months," said Power.

"The melancholic silence of our beloved concert halls, theatres, and cinemas continues while at the same time our houses and flats have been saturated with life. The daytime invasion of these spaces that would otherwise lie peaceful and empty most of the day is an intriguing departure point for Lockdown Commission #6."
