Orchestre de Paris — Assistant Concertmaster

Open to violinists of all nationalities, applications to this position will close on November 27, 2023

The audition for the assistant concertmaster position of the Orchestre de Paris will be held on December 8, 2023, from 9:30 AM. On the day, candidates must show a form of ID or passport to the administration. 

The successful candidate will receive a category two gross monthly remuneration of €4,062.80. The beginning of tenure is to be agreed.

Once registered, applicants will receive an invitation by email indicating the audition’s place, date, and time, plus details for a rehearsal with the pianist six days before the audition. 

All applicants will be judged on an identical program behind a screen with the same pianist. Candidates will be responsible for the costs of stay, travel, and rehearsals.
