Jargar Strings New Young Talent Violin String Set
The Young Talent line, that originally started with the cello string set, is now expanding to the violin
The new Young Talent set is intended for students but will fit all who wish to mature their skills. Easy to play, it offers a warm and focused sound with a fast bow response.
"We have been working very hard to get this set to have a crystal-clear sound with a fine balance between brilliance and warmth combined with easy playability and bow response," Erik Martens, administrative director of Jargar Strings, told The Violin Channel. "And at the same time, it is affordable for children and young players."
The Young Talent violin set is now available in full size, and fractional sizes (¾, ½, and ¼) will be added soon.
The set contains four strings in medium tension:
- E-string: Made out of a carbon steel core with a removable ball end, it produces a warm sound with a fast response.
- A-string: Made out of a synthetic core with aluminum alloy winding material, it produces a smooth balance between brilliance and warmth.
- D-string: Made out of a synthetic core with aluminum alloy winding material, it produces a direct, firm, and warm sound.
- G-string: Made out of a synthetic steel core with silver winding material, it produces a warm sound with a fast bow response.
