Rhode Island Philharmonic Concertmaster Charles Sherba has passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer – aged 62.
Mr Sherba lead the orchestra for over 27 seasons – and served a Teaching Associate position at Brown University.
Our condolences are with his family, friends, colleagues and students.
