San Francisco Con Names Curtis Veteran Robert Fitzpatrick as New Interim Dean

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music has today announced the interim appointment of Robert Fitzpatrick as Provost and Dean.

He will replace outgoing Dean Mary Ellen Poole - who is stepping down after 10 years of service.

Mr Fitzpatrick previously served as Dean and Chief Academic Officer of the Curtis Institute of Music for 23 years, and will act in an interim capacity until the search for a new permanent replacement is completed.
