Singapore International Violin Competition Announces Candidates for 2022
The competition will be held from December 1 to 14 at the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music
The Singapore International Violin Competition recently announced the players who have been selected to take part in its 2022 edition. They are as follows:

Held at Singapore's Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, the competition will take place in the first half of December.
In 2022, the jury will comprise Qian Zhou (Chair), Martin Beaver, Martin T:son Engstroem, Lee Kyung Sun, Mihaela Martin, Joel Smirnoff, and Tsu Vera Weiling.
The first prize winner will receive USD $50,000, a number of important performance engagements, and the loan of a fine Italian instrument.
Previous major prize winners include VC Artists Yu-Chien Benny Tseng, Richard Lin, and Fedor Rudin.
