BREAKING NEWS | Stolen Joseph Curtin Viola Found Undamaged in Miami

The Joseph Curtin modern viola stolen in Miami, United States, on Friday evening has been found undamaged and returned to its owner.

The instrument, case and Ole Kanestrom bow were brought into Duffy Violins in Miami, this morning by two unidentified men – who made claim they purchased the instrument at a garage sale for $300.

A store salesperson, who had previously seen the stolen alert on The Violin Channel, immediately contacted the instrument’s maker and City of Miami Police Department.

“While I am very angry at these men and want justice … all I really care about right now is that I have my life back … and love wins, every-time!’ an emotional owner, Greg Falkenstein of the Miami City Ballet Orchestra has told The Violin Channel.

“Thank you Violin Channel for everything you do … really!” Greg has added.

No arrests have been made at this stage.
