An international stolen instrument alert has been issued for a Giovanni Grancino viola stolen in Sweden

An international stolen instrument alert has been issued for a Giovanni Grancino viola stolen on May 15th, 2019 from a train travelling from Copenhagen to Malmö, in Sweden.

At the time of the robbery the instrument was in a BAM viola case - which also contained a Jacques Poullot viola bow.
