STOLEN VIOLIN ALERT | 1710 Girolamo Amati Violin — Los Angeles [PLEASE SHARE]

An alert has been issued for a 1710 Amati violin stolen in Los Angeles, United States on the 8th of December, 2020

The instrument was stolen from a vehicle in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

The violin is labelled with: "Hieronymus Amatus Cremonen., Nicolai Figlius fecit, 1710."

A violin by the same maker was sold at an auction in 2018 for over US $900,000.

A US $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery.
