20 year old American violinist William Hagen has been announced as the recipient of the 2014 Dorothy DeLay Memorial Fellowship

Awarded annually at the Aspen Music Festival and School, William will receive a full scholarship to next year's summer event - plus a prestigious solo engagement

A Runners-up award was presented to 16 year old Angela Wee

A student of Robert Lipsett at the The Colburn School, William will this week be featured as The Violin Channel's 'Young Artist of the Week'
