The Chamber Music Society of Palm Beach, in Palm Beach, Florida, United States has today announced the appointment of French-born violin virtuoso, Arnaud Sussmann as its new Artistic Director - effective immediately.
A graduate of the Paris Conservatoire and The Juilliard School, where he studied with Boris Garlitsky and Itzhak Perlman, Arnaud is a former recipient of a prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant - and has served as a member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center since 2006.
Classical South Florida Radio President, Douglas Evans will also join the Society as its new Executive Director.
“As we move into a new phase of unprecedented growth, we secured two world class leaders to take our programs and education initiatives to a higher level ..." Society Founder and Board Chair, Vicki Kellogg has today said.
"The entire board is excited to work with these two dynamic arts professionals as together we reach even more audiences in Palm Beach and beyond,” she has said.
“I am thrilled to be joining such a vibrant organization ... I look forward to working with Doug Evans and the Board as we launch our 7th Season and expand our programs throughout Palm Beach County,” Arnaud has today told the Violin Channel.
