ON THIS DAY | Happy Birthday, Violinist Hagai Shaham!

The Israeli violinist was one of noted violin pedagogue Ilona Feher's last students

Shaham performs regularly with many of world's finest orchestras and conductors — including the BBC Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Taipei, Singapore, and Shanghai Symphony Orchestras.

He also serves on faculty at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music, Tel Aviv University, and Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York.
