Australian Chamber Orchestra Announces New Principal Violist

The Australian Chamber Orchestra has announced the appointment of Australian violist Stefanie Farrands as its new Principal Violist

The Australian Chamber Orchestra, in Sydney, Australia has this week announced the appointment of Australian violist, Stefanie Farrands as its new Principal Violist – effective immediately.

A graduate of the 'Hanns Eisler' Hochschule fur Musik, in Berlin, where she studied with Tabea Zimmermann, Stefanie previously served as Principal Violist with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra - and has performed as a member of the Berlin Philharmonic, Chamber Orchestra of Europe and Camerata Salzburg.
