Berl Senofsky

A student of Louis Persinger and Ivan Galamian, Mr. Senofsky was a recipient of the coveted Walter Naumburg Award — and was the first and only American first Prize winner at the Queen Elisabeth International Violin Competition.

He passed away in 2002, at aged 76.
