Boston Lyric Opera Promotes New Concertmaster from Within

The Boston Lyric Opera has announced the appointment of violinist Annie Rabbat as their new Concertmaster

The Boston Lyric Opera has today announced the appointment of violinist Annie Rabbat as their new Concertmaster.

A graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, The Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory, where she studied with Miriam Fried, Robert Mann and Donald Weilerstein, Annie has served as Principal Second Violinist with the ensemble since 2012.

She previously served as Concertmaster of the Gardner Museum Chamber Orchestra.
