Applications are now open for the 2020 Mirecourt International Violin Competition – to be held in Mirecourt, France from the 14th to 22nd of November, 2020

Applications are now open for the 2020 Mirecourt International Violin Competition – to be held in Mirecourt, France from the 14th to 22nd of November, 2020.

Open to international violinists 26 years of age and younger, the 1st prize winner will receive €5,000.

The 2020 jury will comprise: Martin Beaver, Esther Hoppe, Dong-Suk Kang, Marianne Piketty, Marco Rizzi, Pavel Vernikov and VC Artist Sergey Malov.

Former 1st prize winners include: David Castro Balbi, Shuichi Okada, Nathan Mierdl, Yoo Na Ha and Yuliia Van.

Applications to be received by the 15th of July, 2020.
