Applications Open for 2021 Paganini International Violin Competition
The competition will be held from October 16-24 in Genoa, Italy
Applications are now open for the 2021 Paganini International Violin Competition.
Open to international violinists between the ages of 15 and 31 years old, the first prize winner will receive € 30,000.
The 2021 jury will be announced soon.
Established in 1954, the Paganini Competition is held every two years at the opera house, Teatro Carlo Felice, in Genoa. Past winners include Gyorgy Pauk, Salvatore Accardo, Viktor Pikaizen, Miriam Fried, Gidon Kremer, Ilya Kaler, Dmitri Berlinsky, Leonidas Kavakos, Isabelle Faust, Soovin Kim, Ilya Gringolts, Ning Feng and VC Young Artists Kevin Zhu and In Mo Yang.
