Acclaimed American bowmaker Paul Martin Siefried has passed away

Acclaimed American bowmaker Paul Martin Siefried has passed away - aged 69.

A student of Hans Weisshaar, Mr Siefried had run and managed his own shop in Port Townsend, Washington since 1991 - and was a founding member of the American Federation of Violin and Bow Makers.

Our condolences are with his family, friends and colleagues.
