Introducing 'Scheherazade 2' - a new dramatic symphonic Concerto for Solo Violin and Orchestra by American composer John Adams.

Jointly commissioned by the New York Philharmonic, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and the Sydney Symphony, the 50 minute, 4 movement work's world premiered was giving in March 2015 - by soloist Leila Josefowicz, conductor Alan Gilbert and the New York Philharmonic.
