A graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied with Dorothy DeLay and Paul Doktor, Ms Heidi Castleman has served a distinguished teaching position on faculty at The Juilliard School since 1995 | She has perviously taught at the Cleveland Institute of Music, Eastman School of Music, New England Conservatory and Rice University - and has served of the Board of Chamber Music America, the American String Teachers Association, the Aspen Music Festival and the Perlman Music Program
