VC LIVE | Menuhin Competition Richmond 2021 Junior Division Opening Round

We’re coming to you from Richmond, Virginia for the opening round of the Menuhin Competition Richmond 2021 Junior Division

The first rounds of this year's competition are scheduled for April 26-27 for the Junior Division and April 28-29 for the Senior Division.

The jury is comprised of Pamela Frank (Chair), Joji Hattori (Vice-Chair), Aaron Dworkin, Alf Richard Kraggerud, Piers Lane, Valentina Peleggi, Soyoung Yoon, and VC Artists Angelo Xiang Yu and Noah Bendix-Balgley.

This virtual competition stream, from Day 1, features 16-year-old Yixuan Jiang from China, 16-year-old Na Hyun Kyun from South Korea/United States, 14-year-old Boha Moon from South Korea, 15-year-old Seohyeon Park from South Korea, 15-year-old Hannah Wan Ching Tam from China, 13-year-old Hankyoung Chang from South Korea, 15-year-old Guido Sant'Anna from Brazil, 15-year-old Dawid Kasprzak from Poland, 15-year-old Shannon Ma from the United States, 13-year-old Corina Deng from Canada, and 16-year-old Kayleigh Kim from the United States.

The virtual competition stream, from Day 2, features 12-year-old Emrik Revermann from Canada/Germany, 15-year-old Edward Walton from Australia/United Kingdom, 13-year-old Sooeon Kim from South Korea, 13-year-old Jinan Laurentia Woo from South Korea, 12-year-old Seohyun Kim from South Korea, and 15-year-old Raphael Nussbaumer from Switzerland, 14-year-old Fiona Khuong-Huu from Japan/France/United States, 15-year-old Keila Wakao from Japan/United States, 13-year-old Natsuho Murata from Japan, 15-year-old Mei Kaneko from Japan, and 14-year-old Kento Hong from the United States/Japan/Taiwan.
