VC LIVE | The Atterbury House Sessions: With VC Artist Tessa Lark & Michael Thurber

Live from New York, the program features a mix of Bach, the Beatles and beyond

We’re coming to you from New York City for the new Atterbury House Sessions with violinist VC Artist Tessa Lark and bassist Michael Thurber.

Canadian violinist Lara St. John launched this concert series in celebration of the 150th anniversary of the iconic Atterbury House.

11 chamber music concerts will take place from January 23 to June 5, 2021 to be streamed on The Violin Channel.

The series was produced by and funded entirely by private donations, in cooperation with the not-for-profit Paracademia Center for Music. Its aim is to provide performance opportunities and compensation to musicians during this difficult time.

The series will feature performances by St. John, the Ulysses Quartet, Xavier Foley, PUBLIQuartet, The Westerlies, Imani Winds, Aisslinn Nosky, the Brentano Quartet, and Augustin Hadelich.
