The virtual event will take over The Violin Channel's homepage, Facebook and Instagram pages on September 8th and 9th.
The online celebration will feature 8 full-length concerts, masterclasses, and lectures from the CMS archive, and will include introductions from CMS Co-Artistic Directors David Finckel and Wu Han.
It will be followed on the 10th of September with the global premiere of the new documentary film: 'Transcending: The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center Celebrates 50 Years.'
The 53-minute film will stream live on The Violin Channel's Facebook at 7:00pm (EDT) and will be introduced by stage and screen actor Annette Bening.
