Founded in 2005 by Romain Blondel, Solea Management’s roster currently includes violinist Daniel Hope, pianists Beatrice Rana and Seong-Jin Cho, conductor Fabien Gabel and the Modigliani Quartet.
The move comes as a further blow to IMG following the announcement in January 2015 that Ex-Senior Vice President Charlotte Lee had left the company to form boutique agency Primo Artists – taking with her stars Itzhak Perlman and Nicola Benedetti amongst others.
It was also announced in May 2015 that violinist Joshua Bell and Time for Three would follow agent Matthew Zelle from IMG to the New York-based boutique talent agency, Park Avenue Artists.
