German violinist David Garrett has this week released a video to his fan, announcing he's on track to make a return to the concert stage in September of this year

German violinist David Garrett has this week released a video to his fans, announcing he's on track to make a return to the concert stage in September of this year.

In total, David has cancelled 28 concerts since the beginning of 2018 – due to an ongoing herniated disc issue in his lower back.

"I want to thank everybody for being super supportive and for giving me the strength to always stay positive ..." the 37-year-old superstar violinist has said.

"I am already feeling much better .... and the doctors have given me the green light to begin playing again very soon, in mid September ... so I'm very excited to be seeing you all finally," he has said.
