The Juilliard School is currently recruiting for the position of Project Administrator for Performance Activities. The successful candidate will oversee the production of special projects, performances, and activities, focusing on extra-curricular masterclasses, residencies, recitals, concerts, and high-level collaborations.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience, and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in arts administration or higher education. They should also have professional experience producing high-level events or performances for an arts organization or higher education institution.

The role is a busy one, so the ability to carry out multiple different projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a busy environment is imperative. Applicants should also have a good working knowledge of classical music, particularly the operatic repertoire.
