Finalists Announced at Poland’s Lipiński International Violin Competition

The 6 Finalists have been announced at the 2019 Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition

The 6 Finalists have today been announced at the 2019 Karol Lipiński International Violin Competition – in Toruń, Poland.

The 2019 Finalists are:

• Mao Konishi (Japan)
• Maya Levy (Belgium)
• Robert Łaguniak (Poland)
• Elias David Moncado (Germany)
• Eimi Wakui (Japan)
• Yumiko Yumiba (Japan)

Open to violinists of any nationality 33 years or under, the 2019 1st prize winner will receive €20,000.

The 2019 jury comprises: Ilya Kaler (Chairman), Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Bor­is Kuschnir, Itzhak Rashkovsky, Jakub Jakowicz and Mariusz Smolij.
